Q: How long is the book?

A: We created a no fluff, information filled in over 40 pages. We do not care to give our customer's filler just to say we wrote a 350 page book filled with useless information, a bunch or recipes and pictures. We know that most of you are too busy to sit down and read a huge book and read information you already know. This is a no nonsense guide to lose weight the right way. If you want a book with a lot of filler and useless information this isn't the book for you. But if you want a book with tons of useful information and a guide to tell you exactly how to get started and keep the weight off than this book was written and is for you.

 

Q: Do I have to exercise to lose weight?

A: Most likely yes. If you have only say 5 pounds to loose than you could probably just start eating like the way we state in our book and loose weight. But if your goal is to lose say 70 pounds than yes you need to exercise to lose the weight. If you don't want to exercise than you probably want to continue eating the way you are and still lose weight. You know what that's called - insanity - which the definition of the word - doing the same thing and looking for a different result. If you want to change your appearance and change your life our book shows you how and gives you the tools you need to achieve a new you.

 

Q: I don't live in the United States. Can I still order the e-book? Is the price you quoted in U.S. funds?
